“Our family absolutely loves this place! I can’t say enough good things about it. Sushi, bento box, hibachi… all great! Birthdays, pikachu makes an appearance. But most importantly, management is absolutely wonderful. The owner is always so kind and personable and she goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and like you are her friend/family. Our kids have been given cute little gifts many times. They really hit the mark with customer service and I appreciate this gem in our community.”

“Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “I was amazed at the beautiful decor. We were warmly greeted right away and seated. The service was great. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. I ordered Coctel De Camaron Y Pulpo. It was a tower of food. Shrimp, octopus, onions, zucchini and avocados. It is a cold dish and I enjoyed it completely. I will be returning to try other items from the menu.”

“I am shocked I've been getting pizza from this place for since they came to Chesterland and then they moved to an x Pizza Hut building good pizza friendly people BUT today I order online it's a pickup I go there to pick up the pizza person bring some pizza to the takeout window it's the wrong Pizza I said told him then he says well no your wife called and ordered the salad it says I don't have a wife I'm not married then he starts getting irate with me and he starts calling me names and he tells me that I was not to swear I didn't swear at all with this guy I thak that back once he started calling me names that's when I got irate took my money back took and I will never ever go back to bada bing in Chesterland again”

“I was visiting my friends in Painesville and they insisted on my last day that we have breakfast at a place they called “FATS.” We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. Roy was our server, and he told us that he was retiring that day and we were his first table. Roy is a national treasure, for sure!! Breakfast was phenomenal. I tried my bestie’s biscuits and chorizo gravy, which was spicy and had amazing flavor! I ate as much as I could of the generous portion of my tasty meal and the hospitality was exceptional. The vibe is so friendly and neighborly. I will definitely visit again! Best wishes to Roy!!”

If you come during a busy time like lunch/dinner the waits a pain but it’s just because they only have a couple people working. Each order takes maybe 5-8 min. Great food that beats Taco Bell prices. “Our service Sawyer was absolutely fantastic. Our food came out quick && hot. The portions are huge. The appetizers are enough for a meal itself! We got the pulled pork nachos, chili cheese loaded fries, burnt end tips with Mac n cheese && cornbread. My fiancé got the fish dinner with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Our entire bill was $68!”

The customer service was just as good as the smoothie. We were helped by who I assume was the owner or manager of the location, and his energy was fantastic.

“I've been going to this JJs since it switched from a Georgio's. There was definitely a rough patch where service and food were not great. However, this location recently changed to new management and has been excellent for the last 2-3 months. I'd recommend giving it another chance because it is MUCH better than it used to be!”

“I love their coffee and I'm pretty snobbish about it. They have a million combinations to choose from. The employees are usually really friendly too. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other coffee places but their hours fluctuate a lot which can be inconvenient. We have tried their food a couple times and it's been solid as well. I wish there were more BIGGBY's in the area!!”
