“Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “Our first time here, about 1:30 there were a few people and a few more came in after we did. Our waitress came over immediately and was very friendly. The restaurant is clean. A fairly extensive menu and they serve breakfast and lunch all day. I had an omelette my husband had a burger and we both enjoyed our meals. Good value for the money as well“

“Outdoor patio in the summertime is fantastic, but usually packed. Great place for live music. Service and food is good and consistent.

Parking: The steak is very good and was cooked perfectly medium, pink center throughout.“

“Our service Sawyer was absolutely fantastic. Our food came out quick && hot. The portions are huge. The appetizers are enough for a meal itself! We got the pulled pork nachos, chili cheese loaded fries, burnt end tips with Mac n cheese && cornbread. My fiancé got the fish dinner with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Our entire bill was $68!“

“It’s Fish Fry-YAY! Today we tried Pub Frato Gastropub. We couldn’t resist trying their clam chowder. It was delicious but a little pricy ($7 for a cup). It had a lot of “stuff,” including clams, in it and was on the thicker side. It didn’t have that pasty taste a lot of clam chowders exhibit. They don’t have their Fish Fry special until after 4. Not sure if that is the same as the fish and chips on their menu ($22.50). So we had their beer battered cod sandwich ($16), which has coleslaw on the bun and a side of fries. The sandwich was huge and impossible for us to pick up and shove into our mouths. (I know some people may find that hard to believe…lol). The fish was deliciously crispy on the outside and perfect inside. And the fries were hot and crispy. Yummy. Of course, we had to have a beer… Service was fast and friendly. If you are going for dinner or their brunch, be sure to make a reservation.“

“1st time there. Read a lot of good reviews about Sammy’s. Had spaghetti and meatballs. Yes, spaghetti and smeatballs on a Friday! Came with soup and salad and garlic toast which was very good also. Very very busy. Waitresses were husselling at a fast pace but all were very nice and kind and kept a smile on their faces!!! Also took a piece of key lime pie home for later. ? mmmmm soooo good! It’s a smaller mom and pop place, well worth the visit! I definitely will be going back there. ??“

“We had the butternut squash tonight and it was delicious and an awesome portion. The bartender/waitress was awesome and very hard working. She had to handle the bar and the entire bar side food tables and she did it with a positive attitude. Thank you to her and her helper staff that brought the food out and cleared the tables.“
