Vonda called us frequently leading up to the event so we knew she was by our side and it would be flawless. She walked us through the order and prep, she arrived on time and helped set up the order. The food was hot and tasty, the service was too notch. On top of this, she also gave a gift from Bob Evans to the happy couple. We felt so cared for and appreciated as customers

“I like this place, but I'll start off with a warning: If you've eaten here or plan to eat here, check your bank statement if you pay with a card. I left an $8.00 tip and the server keyed in $80.00. I have no idea if this was intentional or accidental, but it has never happened to me here or at any other restaurant. I caught it because I audit my bank statements. I called and spoke with a manager who was very helpful in getting it resolved.

I come here almost weekly and have always had a good experience. I can't speak much to most of the food because I always get traditional wings and a small house salad, but I can say the wings are always on point, and the salad is fresh and pretty large for a small. The sauce selection is awesome (Chipotle Chili and Spicy Sesame are my favorites). The beer selection is great; they have staples and others that they regularly rotate. I rated the service at 3 stars because it can be hit or miss. Overall it's generally good, but has been slow at times where there are not a lot of customers and seemingly quite a few servers. Conversely, I've had excellent service when the opposite was true.“

One of the few local sports bars that still serve spirits in glasses, not the cheap plastic cups that bars think is the way to go. Next the food!!! These ppl can season! “One of my favorite hometown restaurants. The servers are friendly and remember us. They always hustle because it's usually pretty busy. The food is a good value and tasty. The breakfasts are great, especially Adam's Big Bite. The waffles and omelets are also delicious. The hearty meals at lunch come with a salad or soup, the entree, a side, and rolls. It's hard to beat their meals at those prices. Plus, the reward program gives you money off of the next visit. Food normally comes out pretty quickly, and I've rarely ever complained about my meal. The ribs are my favorite lunch meal. They have excellent cooks that hustle because they also do a heavy amount of carryout business.

My only wish is that they would update their restrooms, but they are clean and functional.“

On the day of my departure, I came across M lounge, Cleveland Marriott East, and I met Mrs Gwen, she was very kind to listen and quickly conjur a toasted vegetarian sandwich for me and I was very pleased by this gesture. It is disheartening that in this age, Vegan and Vegetarian still find it challenging to find a descent meal while traveling in the US.
