“First visit. Drinks were good ,gin and a slim supply of IPAs. Service was as good as it gets, (Amarilla?) Food was good even if my burger and my wife's fries were a bit over done. A good roadhouse+ with a friendly bar crowd. Well be back.“

“This place is under new ownership. The new owners have done a lot to update this bar that has been here seemingly forever. The food here is always amazing, and the owners genuinely care about your experience here. Both of them are always working, and really making you feel like you're at home. It is small, but also super cozy. If you're ever in the area, stop by! If you haven't been there in a long time, step inside and give this little place by the lake another try. “Walking in being greeted right away, sat ourselves and had a drink in front of us in less than 3 minutes. Staff was so nice. The food was beyond incredible. I got sloppy hot garlic wings and they were beyond perfect. An extra $.50 for sloppy wings was well well worth it! The wings were swimming in sauce. I didn't find any grease either it was all sauce. My wife got a Reuben and it was incredible as well. Fries and chips were perfect and my daughter's burger was flawless. Wonderful experience and amazing incredible food.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is spot on and they even give you a full pack of markers to color with!!“
“The place was slow and peaceful, I got the queen prime rib, I asked for medium rare and it's a good thing I like it more rare, it had a great flavor and definitely larger than the queen. So go Friday or Saturday for great prime rib at a reasonable price.“

“Hungry man omelet is the best for an old person. It is so tasty and large I eat half and the other half I take home for tomorrow. So old people go there order a meal and you will have enough for tomorrow. The staff is so friendly. They take the time to talk to old people like me (75). I just love them. Another tip, restrooms are always very clean and stocked.“
