“The Deep Springs Trout Club has a wide variety of excellent foods. Anything you get there will be delicious, especially the trout though. It is members only but I would highly recommend it. The fishing is also very good as there is a beautiful pond to fish in.“

We were lucky enough to have almost 150 people come show their support for us and kathy made sure we had enough space and food for everyone to be comfortable. From the food, to the plates, napkins, table cloths, tickets and the space she provided for our event, the bartenders amanda and melissa did an amazing job as well! “Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “Pretty nice little Italian restaurant. Got the chicken parmigiana dinner to go with a canoli and it didn't disappoint. Came with a side salad and Italian dressing which was nice. The sauce is good spaghetti was good chicken and cheese was great. Lots of flavor and fresh. Decent portions. Canoli was tasty as well. I would recommend trying this place out it ain't too bad. Nice little outside area to eat as well. Glad I finally stopped by to try it out. I wasn't disappoint and I'll be back. 🙂“

Nice place to take whomever you love or respect, without worry of any disappointment in food, service or atmosphere. The place brings together the rural and industrial folks for a good hot meal, cold drinks and a welcome feel that you've met others you'd think were your neighbors. Best advice is to, stop in yourself and pick from a good menu anything you like. It's all good! I even got a vegetarian burger there yesterday for my Uncle who said, "that is the best I've ever had!" Despite not getting one, that told me there is something there for everyone. Try it, you'll like it!“

“Spats is my kinda place. The first time I visited Spats, I saw a neon beer sign in the window and figured I’d grab a beer while I was waiting for my gf to finish her shopping. I was instantly met with the dive-bar/hole in the wall vibe. Spats did not disappoint! If that’s not what you’re looking for, you might try the dining area instead of the bar area, which has at least 10 TVs, so I assume it’s also a nice sports bar.

So I told my gf that we should come back sometime when we want to hang out. We did! There aren’t many vegetarian options, but you can get typical bar food, plus an extensive lunch/dinner menu. I tried the fried mushrooms. They were delicious! I see why some ppl don’t like the fries, but they were perfect for me. They were not greasy or cooked in recycled oil like some idiots claimed in their reviews. But yes, they’re typical of real potato fries: soft and limp, just the way I like them. But they were also a little bland. Nothing a little salt couldn’t fix. I also had the fried shrimp, which was fine. Cole slaw was OK. My gf liked her chicken salad. Portions are HUGE. I’ll be back to try other items on the menu. I’m giving it 5 stars to offset the idiots who gave it one. But overall, it’s probably 4.5 stars.“

“We been coming here for years. Other than a couple one off experiences, we had great service and food as reasonable price. Great coffee and they quickly corrected things on the rare occasions something wasn’t right. Most places are good when things are smooth but a great place shows in how they handle things when there is a problem. They are great!“

“Normally I have 5 star reviews across the board, but today no I ordered the grilled bacon ranch sandwich with fries , it was just a DAB of ranch on my sandwich. The chicken breast was thick, which was awesome, but it made for an extra dry sandwich, also my fries when I received them was cool to the touch. Mari my bartender was GREAT, she stayed on top of everything. KUDOS TO HER“
