I had a disappointing experience with Deer Springs where my mother faced mistreatment from Chrissy. Despite having accepted reservations, they abruptly canceled at the last minute because my mother wasn't a member.
We understand the fact that now ot is members only, Chrissy made it very clear, it would have been nice if they asked that question first before making reservations for both partys involved Chrissy's unprofessional conduct, mocking, and laughter over the phone...read full review
