Ordered 1 bacon & cheese baked potato but they had to make them fresh and was told it would take 10 minutes. Well 27 minutes later I called the restaurant to remind them and they felt so bad. They gave us 2 potatoes and a free frosty for the wait. Thank you Wendy's. I understand that things happen.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free.

Had to stand at counter for over 5 min. While the MANAGER walked by numerous times didn't even get a "Hello will be right with you" nothing finally said hey customer here you think you could acknowledge me before my work break is over. I ended up walking out with notta!
