Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.

Ordered 1 bacon & cheese baked potato but they had to make them fresh and was told it would take 10 minutes. Well 27 minutes later I called the restaurant to remind them and they felt so bad. They gave us 2 potatoes and a free frosty for the wait. Thank you Wendy's. I understand that things happen.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free.

It felt like ( crunchy/dry) and tasted like they were simply using up old expired dried out chicken by hiding it in the "all new" grilled chicken ranch" wrap,
It's 1:00pm. Lunch time and all the doors are locked at this Wendy's. I called and the wit that answered the phone said he knew nothing about the doors being locked. He said the drive-through was open and hung up. A real piece of work.

Just not the best experience going here. The people are fine, I suppose. However I think the prices are a little too much for what you're getting as far as food.

I ordered my son a chicken sandwich tonight. I got home and it was a burger with everything on it. So I went back to get the chicken sandwich, and he told me its hard as a brick. I didn't even call them. I am so upset. My son is picky as it is, and has an eating disorder.
