Buffalo Wild Wings in Mentor, Ohio, offers a varied dining experience for customers. The establishment is praised for its tasty food, including delicious wings, appetizers, and salads. The staff is commended for their promptness and ability to handle issues professionally, such as delivery order mistakes. However, some customers have experienced long wait times and inadequate seating in the bar area. The beer quality has also been criticized due to potentially dirty tap lines. While the food is generally well-received, there have been reports of small portion sizes for certain dishes, such as tots and French fries. The restaurant's wings are consistently excellent, with a wide variety of flavors to suit individual preferences. Customers can also take advantage of the restaurant's email and rewards program to score deals and free food.
