The food here was very good, however, it was impossible to enjoy it in the unbearably cold atmosphere. Twice, we asked if something could be done as our entire party was cold. Twice we were told “No, too bad.” This is no way to win friends. A restaurant should remain comfortable for the patrons, not the wait staff. I doubt we will return.

Our first visit to Flagship did not disappoint! Everything was great! From salads to wine to entrees, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Good service and reasonable wait time too! So glad we *finally* stopped in to try them out! We”ll return soon!
