I’m ashamed to say how many days in a row we have been to Zaps this week. Pricing is pretty typical $10-$13pp depending on what you get. We have now tried several different things and each one has been better than the next! Plenty of outdoor tables, clean, kind staff, kid friendly and endless ice cream/desert options. The buttermilk chicken Sammy has been a favorite! Highly recommend!

Zapp's Custard and Mustard is a great neighborhood restaurant with amazing, delicious food. The food is simple but very good, with standout dishes including burgers, a plain hot dog, an Italian sausage sub, and a Chicago beef. The buttermilk chicken Sammy has been a favorite. French fries are crispy and delicious. They have a wide selection of ice cream, including scoop and soft serve with lots of flavor choices, Safety Cones, and non-dairy options. Desserts like a Casada cake sundae and slush puppie float are highlights. The patio has plenty of outdoor tables and is dog and kid friendly. The staff is kind and provides top-notch service. Pricing is reasonable. It is a very clean, cute place with lots of parking.
