Drive thru is broken. Bathrooms broken. The staff seem so depressed. Food cold. Give the staff a raise and praise. Fix the stuff that needs fixed and over all do better for the staff and the customers.

Every time I come here they never have pot pies. These are the laziest workers. What do u expect when it's the ghetto.. HORRIBLE!!! The people that work here act like it's a burden that you are ordering food. You can barely understand what they are saying back to you. This place was so good at one time.

It was acknowledged they did not give me what I paid for & I was told I need to come back right then and there with the whole order or they wouldn’t replace it & since I couldn’t come right back I lost out!

Ordered a big box that came with a sandwich, 6 nuggets a drink and fries. Nuggets were old and tasteless my dog enjoyed them. They forgot the honey mustard and ketchup.

Terrible. Rude at the window. Made us park in the other lot area waiting on our food. No napkins. No spoons. When we walked back up to get said spoons and napkins they said to me “sorry. We’re just trying to eat “. Awful. Absolutely awfulThen my husband comes back to the car with forks !!!! Not even spoons. Shame on on these workers who are demanding more money to be lazy.

Pieces are small and cut funny. Cost 20 for 8 pces at store and 10 on line. Hard to find menu online other than online purchase.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Drive through took forever with just 3 cars, they somehow managed to double check the order and still get it wrong twice, and the food quality itself was awful. The chicken was gooey and had a very strange texture.

How is this place still open?! Waited 35 minutes today for food for 4 people. Order was wrong. Heard every 4, 5 and 6 letter word imaginable from the staff while waiting. Think of a word with gg in the middle starts with n and ends with r. It's probably ok for them tho because they were all of the skin tone that doesn't need tanning. I've hated this place for decades now! I know I did it to myself, didn't expect anything else ?

They are the rudest people I ever ran across at a fast food place…I felt sorry for the girl taking the order. She could not here , I could not here her, the other workers were talking and laughing so loud..I asked her to please tell whomever to quite down….VERY unprofessional!!!! The one girl practically thur the bag at me . No wonder there parking lot is always empty.Never again…
