“I recently visited Raising Cane's in Willoughby and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. During my visit, the restaurant was dealing with technical difficulties and did not have Wi-Fi, which caused orders to move slower than normal. Despite the challenges, the staff remained professional, polite, and focused on providing excellent customer service.

Every team member I interacted with maintained a positive attitude, communicated clearly with guests, and worked hard to keep things moving as efficiently as possible. It would have been easy for frustration to show during such a difficult situation, but the crew handled the adversity with patience, teamwork, and genuine care for their customers.

What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic everyone was while continuing to serve guests with a smile. The team demonstrated great character and commitment to customer service under pressure. “I was not expecting too much from a chicken restaurant in a gas station. My expectations were not super high. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, biscuit, and Mac and Cheese. The chicken was surprisingly juicy and crispy. The biscuit was a little dry with honey butter flavor. The Mac and Cheese was amazing. Lots of cheese. Pepsi products are offered. There is no self service drink machine but free refills are offered“
