“This was fantastic chicken. Nicely enough we got there at about 6:30 on a Sunday and the gentleman at the front said they'd make us some fresh chicken for our 12 piece. Waited in the store while watching a football game. It's a nice spice it's not overly hot but the chicken itself was phenomenal. Extremely crispy and very moist. Some of the best we've ever had.“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.
My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.
The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.
Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.
The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

“We just popped in the grab a small mashed potatoes and gravy and a large Mac and cheese. First, I was amazed at how small the potatoes portion was. I can't believe I paid $3.29 for it. If I were to have seems it, I would have guessed 99 cents. It was TINY! The Mac and cheese came in a nice large bowl, but the bowl was only about 1/3 filled. I had gotten the order to go, but went back in and asked them to fill the bowl once I opened it in the car. The employees all denied filling that bowl, agreeing that it should contain a lot more (it had already been scooped in advance and just grabbed from a shelf) But I got a new bowl and it was a lot warmer, so I walked away happy“

“They can say what they want about the lil extra wait time my chicken is always the same and that lemon pepper playa flavor and buffalo is cook to perfection not those lil wing dings nice size ones cook to perfection not all cooks can do that from a cook to another I know that’s a skill grease controller 🫡“

“Nice service, and I tried the new Mike's hot honey, and it was good. We ordered online, and the manager made sure to wait until we got there to finalize the order due to being out of a certain sauce. It was very much appreciated as we went before and the person just gave us plain. I try to call before now if I order online.“

“My experience was up and down from the beginning. Not many people were in line but I would assume there were a number of larger orders being prepared. I was unaware I ordered ghost pepper wings, so when the lady who appeared to be in charge said there was a wait on my ghost pepper wings, I informed her I had not ordered anything hot or spicy besides the sauce I had chosen. She would then state regardless of what was in my order there was a wait. She left and I asked the gent behind the register what are ghost pepper wings and if they were spicy. His reply was no I do not think so. I must've waited five minutes and my order was up. The same young lady brought my food out and oh my God I couldn't see why she had a nasty attitude the entire time. When I got home my wings were spicy and I finished every last one of them, but as I am writing this review I am paying for anything spicy from yesterday. Her nasty attitude left me at a down spiral because I had a bad day. So when I needed clarification on what I ordered and she was responding as if there was a disservice to her, I did not want the food. I enjoyed my food and I hope things got better for her thereafter. Love that chicken from Popeyes! Tailgate bundle was delicious. Hot 'n' spicy is the only choice“

Employees are soooooooo nice and went out of their way to get me extra mayo! Lol Ya'll ate AWESOME and the example of a well-oiled machine!! BRA-VO to all of the the staff. You literally make my day every time I come through. On top of all of that, BEST CHICKEN ? SANDWICH IN THE WHOLE GAME!!!

“Visiting from Canada, this is our first stop and special request for my son's 13th birthday. Immediately as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome by all of the staff and smiling faces. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was to die for! We were checked in on at our table by a few different staff members, all of which were very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were great - 10/10! Wish we had one here in Ontario!“
