“I had a pick up order but it was not in the designated place. I waited over 15 min for someone to offer me assistance but no one did. They were busy and all in the back. There were two of us trying to pick up food. It was difficult to get anyones attention and then discovered they had the food behind the counter. The food was cooked well and typical KFC. They need more or better help with customers. And they did not put one of my sides in the bag. I was going to check before I left but the bag was tied shut. I got a refund in a couple days.“

Despite some negative comments circulating, I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. From the moment I left my car to when I had my food in hand inside took just 7 minutes. Given that this location has only been open for a month, that's incredibly efficient. The staff were courteous and professional, and the chicken sandwich was, as expected, absolutely delicious. DONT LISTEN TO THE HATERS. It’s going to be a wait for drive thru. If you’re in a hurry go inside.“
