The restaurant often runs out of something on weekends, drums and wings this time and half of it was cold and dry. The food can be hot, crispy, and delicious like spicy tenders and biscuits that were perfect. The chicken can be hot and crispy, but it is not hot, cold, or even rubbery and the color can be very tan if it is not cooked all the way through. The staff are young, super friendly and very nice in accommodating. The manager was checked in personally and had great energy and a welcoming feeling. Service can be extremely fast in the drive-through and the food can feel fresh, nostalgic and great. The side dishes like mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, or mashed potatoes can be awesome. Prices are fair and the overall experience can be pleasant. Some visits are better on weekdays than on weekends, and traffic can add extra minutes to get to the location.
