“Stopped in on 3/16 to pick up supper for my husband and his mother (who is in a nursing home). Could not figure out exactly what to order since she is a very light eater. The General Manager was at the register and helped me with my order. He was extremely kind, patient and picked out just the right amount of food for both my husband and his mom. This may seem trivial to some, but I was completely impressed with the attention, time and helpfulness he gave me. Top notch service. Food was awesome. We will always return to this KFC. You do the Colonel proud. Thank you!!!“

“Been going there for years usually have good chicken and sides dishes normally don't have a problem but the last few times I was there the staff obviously doesn't know the difference between white meat chicken and dark meat chicken I've had to go back a few times to get my order right. But they did make it right eventually lol.“

“Looks like there are only two people in the building. They were doing absolutely amazing and communicated well! Came around 8:42pm on Tuesday May 28! Understaffed is usually a managerial issues which I'm guessing is the case here. They're trying to hire managers and there are passive aggressive papers everywhere. Not a good look for customers to see. If you're understaffed, let your employees over stock because likes are, they are too busy to run back and add more time grabbing what they need. If it doesn't affect service, who cares? Looks like the managers need some improvement ?“

“It's KFC. You know what you're getting and you know it's going to be good. I got the six piece special that they're running right now. I didn't like not selecting the sides you wanted. But I understand. You got corn, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. When I got home I had mashed potatoes, coleslaw and two Mac and cheeses. Which was preferable over the corn.“

“The food was made to my order based on the kiosk entry. My order was prepared quickly and looked quite appealing. The food was hot and cooked to my satisfaction. I remember when the honey packets were filled with just honey and the label simply stated “honey”. The ingredients are now corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, natural, and artificial flavor as stated on the packet labeled as honey sauce. I realize the additional ingredients make for a lower cost condiment and helps to increase the bottom line for KFC, but the flavor is not as good and is certainly less healthy.The only way of receiving a receipt is either email or text according to the kiosk screen. I would like the option to have a printed copy available.Overall, the dining experience was good. I will return.“
