I walked in - made my order on a touch screen - paid with my phone and waited not even 5 minutes.. staff was cool, she even made sure I didn't need any extra sauces. (that to me deserves 5 stars...as I take my sauce game serious.)The inside was clean ....all in all it was an pleasant experience.
It's KFC so I got the service I expected. The Famous Bowl was pretty good, no real complaints. My $5 coupon was suppose to come with a cookie as well but they gave me a biscuit. Which I think is fair & they asked if it was OK to do that 1st. Actually turned out to be a good way to clean the Bowl out.

Stopped in on 3/16 to pick up supper for my husband and his mother (who is in a nursing home). Could not figure out exactly what to order since she is a very light eater. The General Manager was at the register and helped me with my order. He was extremely kind, patient and picked out just the right amount of food for both my husband and his mom. This may seem trivial to some, but I was completely impressed with the attention, time and helpfulness he gave me. Top notch service....read full review
