“Whenever I'm in town I order a big meal of "Uncle Nick's Greek Fried Chicken" at the Buena Vista II in Howland. There is no better fried chicken in America. Seasoned (heavy on the garlic) and cooked to perfection. If you have not had it you are missing something very special. Remember, if the colonel had their recipe he would have been a general.“
“Second time this week my order was incorrect or incomplete. But had no problems with them completing my order or getting proper replacements for mistakes.Parking: Two handicapped accessible spots near the door, roughly 20 other parking spots. Usually empty due to most customers utilizing the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, but wheelchair accessible.“
“The staff here was super amazing and very sweet. I am very thankful for them being so kind and nice. This was the last dinner I got to share with my sister. She passed away that night. She was in hospice and I was in my way to meet with her. Your staff did not know that but their good attitudes and high spirits really lifted me that night. You have an amazing staff. Just them being nice and doing a great job.“
“We were staying overnight in Austintown while on a road trip. We picked a restaurant for dinner but when we got there, we didn't like it. We had passed the KFC and had both thought it was a good second choice, which turned out to be true. We ordered our food at the counter and took the food back to our motel. We thought the chicken was unusually good, although the extra-crispy was too salty. We liked the original much better. The mashed potatoes were so-so. Cole slaw was good.“
“I really like this KFC and stop there often. You need to ask for a key to use the restroom, which is a bit of an inconvenience, but it helps keep the restroom from being trashed. The food is served fresh and quickly, and the restaurant seems clean. The staff is friendly, but a little too informal and comfortable with customers, calling patrons names like, Sweetie, Sweetheart, etc. I'm not 8 years old, nor am I 80!“
