I went 8/29/2026 I was excited too because I been craving some chicken and man wasnt I disappointed I got the number 1 the two piece combo and as a female both pieces of chicken could fit in my hand like why ?
The evaluation of the Original Recipe chicken revealed a severe breakdown in structural integrity, characterized by a watery, soggy skin and oversaturated meat tissue. This critical quality defect indicates improper holding cabinet ventilation or excessive holding times that trapped steam and ruined the product texture.

The dining room is sometimes closed or locked, and wait times can be unpredictable, with food ready sooner or later than expected. Staff seem to be enough but sometimes disorganized, and the owner needs to address franchise issues to improve service. Overall, the restaurant maintains decent food quality and friendly service, though there are areas for improvement in order accuracy and restaurant accessibility.
