Quick,friendly , the chicken !
This KFC right on W.Tusc in Canton was filthy. Employees standing around doing nothing. Our group had ordered food, ate inside and it was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Trash on tables and floor. The cook came out and sat in the dining area for a minute. He picked up a little trash off of 1 table and threw away. However, there are occasional problems with orders, such as receiving all dark meat instead of white original, and missing sauces or gravy despite ordering plenty. The dining room is sometimes closed or locked, and wait times can be unpredictable, with food ready sooner or later than expected. Staff seem to be enough but sometimes disorganized, and the owner needs to address franchise issues to improve service.
