I ordered online and an employee at the drive thru at first had no clue about the mobile order; that was already paid for. Then he said you had to come inside to get it, but the doors were locked. How would an employee not know the dining room doors are locked?The food was ok. We did get extra chicken; I guess counting was a bit confusing to the employee as well. We got original recipe. It wasn't as flavorful as I remember it used to be 7

I ordered take out on kiosk. Went to register to pay and worked just stared at me. No greeting or may I help you. Then when handed me food, seemed annoyed me being there.

The food was good but, if the prices, keep going up. I don't think people will like it, after all 2 small pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, biscuit with small mashed potato, coleslaw and pop $11.19. What happened to the $5

We have gone here for awhile now and they know our order. Even though KFC should have there doors shut permanently after what happened to my uncle after he made them MILLIONS of dollars.

Been going there for years usually have good chicken and sides dishes normally don't have a problem but the last few times I was there the staff obviously doesn't know the difference between white meat chicken and dark meat chicken I've had to go back a few times to get my order right. But they did make it right eventually lol.
