I am not sure why getting both a delicious hot sandwich and getting hot fries is such a task. I know the sandwiches are made fresh... why not wait to box the fries when the sandwiches are done. I almost always get a hot sandwich with cold fries. The other sad part is Arby's fries are so good when theyre hot. In my opinion, rivaling any fries on the fast food market. So frustrating!!!
Nice place to dine for a quick yummy bite. Sure my sandwich was sloppy but it's all that cheese 😋 it's just tight on spacing.
Have been to this location before and was greeted by a nice young man. No complaints! Yesterday, the woman who waited on me, did not even greet me! She acted like I was a problem just being there! Chicken tenders were not fresh, had been sitting awhile, rubbery and hard. They had an older gentleman doing all the orders, and complaining about everything! It was not busy! No thank you or anything! Probably won't be back!

The restaurant is wheelchair-accessible, though the front door may pose a challenge. The fish sandwich, available during Lent, is a standout, with friendly staff serving up generous portions. The food is good, hot, and fresh, and the service is the best. It can be very busy with a long drive-thru line, but the food is tasty and worth the wait.
