I understand the shop is under new management. They handled my preorder of 16 subs beautifully. The subs were made perfectly and were ready at the specified time. I even got a phone call to confirm my order. It was a very pleasant transaction. New owners are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. Give them a try!!

This location always has some of the nicest workers I have dealt with in terms of fast food/casual dining. That being said I rarely have enough time to get to it during work hours so sometimes try to pick it up at 8 AM, which is when they advertise to be open. After about 10 attempts, they have yet to actually be open at 8 AM.
