This location always has some of the nicest workers I have dealt with in terms of fast food/casual dining. That being said I rarely have enough time to get to it during work hours so sometimes try to pick it up at 8 AM, which is when they advertise to be open. After about 10 attempts, they have yet to actually be open at 8 AM.

This is the second time I gave ordered from this subway on Chardon Rd. And it is nerve wrecking today I ordered the new Champ sandwich through grub hub. I opened it and blew my top, I got up put on clothes and drove over there. This was a $11.99 sandwich with no rotisserie chicken to be found. They tried to convince me that it was spredded chicken? So where is it? And why shredded? If I wanted a vegetable sandwich I could have gone into my kitchen and made one. Since the new management this subway has gone yo the dogs. Their attitude is messed up when they have to refund for that mess. So I advise you if you want a true sub don’t go here. All the other chicken is cut into squares but the rotisserie chicken, you can’t find it plus my bread was not toasted and I am very upset because of this. Grub hub was not to blame but I recommend they take Chardon Rd Willoughby Hills store off their charts. A total waste of money and time.

Went in there with a coupon for 2 footlongs for 12.99 in a mailer I just got today only to be told they don't take them. I responded with that's fine then I won't do business here anymore after today, and then left the coupon on a random table as I left. Absolutely ridiculous.
