“Excellent breakfast food that is SIMPLE. Word to the wise… this place is cash only. We had to go across the street to the atm at family dollar. The place itself is dated with very limited seating. There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that could accommodate 4 people so we got lucky today. We will definitely return to Irvs!“

“Love Micky's. My only problem, I walk up there with my dog alot. Some times I eat my ice cream there with my dog, but if it's busy I like to take it to go. I wouldn't even be mentioning this if it didn't happen every single time... any time I ask for it to go they never hear me, always come out with out lids and no bag. It's just a bit frustrating, I'm an anxious person and I just wish I could be heard the first time and not have to have another conversation just to get my stuff to go.“

They go out of their way to please.Wheelchair accessibility: they have wide doorways with little or no bump or threshold to cross? “I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. “Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. Freshly's is a family owned restaurant in Willoughby They known for king sized sandwiches and crispy broccoli and cheese wedges. The service is fast and always friendly. While I like their corned beef their Gyros are big enough for two. Stop by you won't be disappointed.“

“I tried subway for the first time the other day through doordash (I know it's weird I have never had it), my sub came from this location on doordash and it was so delicious I loved it! Knowing that sub came from this location I went there today and again it was fantastic! Not sure I even want to try another location. “They are advertising a new and improved buttery cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't find it to be a significant difference from the old original. Look for their promotions, which may not be on their website menu. Two smaller sandwiches are currently priced at less than the larger single one and together have more food.“

“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“

“The lady is cool, the guy who cooks n the back is very rude. I ask him to chop my steak up, he acts as if its a problem. I ask him to double grill my bread, he acts like its a problem. Its not like he doing something for free, im paying. And im paying alot of money.You should cook your customers food like they ask you, without sucking ur teeth and being non chalant. Now i make them my last stop if i need food thats close to my home.“

“I usually do not review fast food spots, but I must give a shout out to this Jimmy John's in Mentor (+ of 20 & 306). Ever since this location changed hands (just recently I believe) it has been top notch. The new owners really made a change for the better. “Earlier this week I went in the store in person to come across some lil Ol lady asking me if I'm ready to order five times not even giving me a chance to browse the menu. The lady was a lil rude and had no mask on. So I left but the RomanBurger stayed on my mind. Never had one & was curious. The next day curiosity killed the cat and I just had to get my hands on one of these Romanburgers. So I ordered through Door Dash. I'm not from Cleveland so I wanted to see what the fuss was about with these Mr. Hero's sandwiches. 1st time I got a 10 inch RomanBurger with Potato Crisp and Nacho Cheese. Divine! I get it, it's a Cleveland thing and all the flavors just go perfect together. I am officially a RomanBurger fan! (Pic 1) I waited a day and then the day after that I was craving a RomanBurger again. I decided to go for a 7 inch RomanBurger BTE with Tater Tots and Cheese sauce. I requested the DoorDash app to add extra lettuce and tomato on my sandwich for there to be none when my order came. I ended up adding my own lettuce and tomatoes from home. & Since I got it from DoorDash I just reported it and they gave me a $4.50 credit for the mishap. (Pic 2) Now the next day I was craving Mr. Hero's again but decided to go for something light I ordered a 7 inch Chicken Cheesesteak with extra chicken, mushrooms, peppers and a mini cheese burger (cause I was still craving that damn burger) and some waffle fries with cheese sauce. This time when I got my order from DoorDash I think they upsized my sandwich to a 10 inch and my cheese sauce was missing. But all in all the food was divine!!! I reported it and DoorDash gave me a $1.50 credit for my cheese sauce! (Pic 3) All in all the food is decent. But don't expect this location to be precise with your order if your ordering from this location! I'm a fan of the brand. Not so much this location.“

“My wife went to grab some Romanburgers for the workers at our house. This place was fast and efficient. And the food was FANTASTIC! She said the gentlemen there was extremely helpful explaining the different sizes and options! Highly recommend! 5/5!“

“Excellent experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering by all the staff, very warm and welcoming. I asked for help ordering bc it was my first time and from that point on I was given one on one customer service til I cashed out at the register. Very friendly.The restaurant is remarkably clean and comfortable. Oldies music in the background. Lots of seating.I ended up ordering the 7" Godfather on everything bread. Delicious! Just the right size for a hearty lunch.Far exceeded my expectations! Will return soon to try a different sandwich, maybe a Philly next time? It's obvious there's an emphasis on customer service and creating a positive environment. Everyone was GREAT!“
