“We were trying to stop at a Philly steak shop going home to Chicago from Niagara Falls,but sadly drove too quickly through the state and missed the opportunity. We looked for something similar driving through Ohio with no real expectations. We found this little shop along our route and decided to try their philly sandwich to go. As soon as we walked in, it looked more like an old style deli than a sandwich shop. As soon as they gave us the bag it was greasy and smelled so cheesey and meaty. As we got into the car, I opened the greasy bag and saw perfection. The cheese was melted so gracefully on top of so much beef the french bread could not hold all of that deliciousness. I bit into the sandwich and tasted a blend of complete perfection. It all melted like butter in my mouth. Yum! The sandwich was gone within 3 minutes. Go here! Try it! You won't regret it. You don't even need sides.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“I come to this subway decently often on weeknights because I enjoy the food, but what sets this subway apart is the service, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at this subway, and it is incredibly clean. Everyone here is extremely polite but one worker that always goes above and beyond is Aiden. He is always polite, quick, and he makes great tasting subs.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“Got a sub box for Father’s Day and was very impressed. The tunafish sub was actually packed with tuna, unlike a lot of other sub places. Very impressed with the selection and how everything was put together. Would highly recommend and will be doing so again myself.!“

“EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! “After such a terrible visit to Dunkin I decided to walk next door to Jimmy John’s - it’s like 2 different worlds !! I was greeted imminently upon entry by the young kid on the register - and before I even handed him my cash my sub was already done !! ( when I ate it later it was one of the best I’ve ever had - the chicken bacon ranch ) I asked to speak with the manager and explained my frustration with the next door restaurant and how I wanted a coffee - he proceeded to tell me that they are sister companies and he was embarrassed to be next to them - the way they have this Jimmy John’s looking you should put him in charge of the whole building ! “I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “Spicy Italian footlong sub, it was fresh and delicious. The young gentleman was so nice and helpful in making my sandwich like l wanted it, so the price was was ok for such a good tasty sub, the sub was made exactly how l like it. Yes person who waited on me was kind through the whole process. That location was the best yet! So nice and clean the food look fresh. The atmosphere was fine and the wait time was awesome was waited on immediately. Accessibility was fine. I leave on the other side of town, but when l want a good fresh sandwich l don't mind the trip. It's so nice to be treated kind and get good subs. That location is awesome. “I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs.

We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Ray. I ordered some Cajun fries and asked for it to be extra crispy. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. I knew that she couldn't uphold the first standard she set so high and man was I put to shame. The crispiness of each fry and perfect amount of Cajun spice had me in a trance and loss for words. She was very professional and showed awesome customer service. I pray all transactions go as smoothly with all other customers because I enjoy my food from these people every time. 10/10 Will definitely be seeing me again every time I'm in town.“

“I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. Try it yourself. Go to this location as an example if you haven't already and see how it compares to other experiences you've had at other Subway locations. It's kind of a crapshoot. Some locations aren't as good as others.“
