“Now here is the essence of Cleveland fooding. B&M has been widely established in the area as a staple of good bbq and soul food since I was a child. I've known the children of the owners since we were in elementary and I am very very proud of the direction and stability of this beautiful mini local chain. The atmosphere at the North Randall location was frenetic but exciting. There was music, lights, drinks, BBQ, and line dancing as I waited to place my to-go order. There were entirely too many people in celebration walking thru to the lounge area as I tried to get my order in but who can complain that business is good? The service was woefully lacking as the gentleman who was calling out and handing out completed orders was a bit cold, short, and unpleasant. Maybe the crowded venue irritated him. But that is the job. The food, as always, was delightful but small proportionally. Very impressed at how quickly it was prepared in the face of the enormous crowd of people dining and ordering. I cannot say enough about how far this family establishment has come. If you're ever in Cleveland, you had better visit.”

“Chicken was cold and dried out wasn't as fresh as normal service was good cashier was pleasant and service was fast but seems like I got old chicken it tasted old but I didn't realize till I got home”

“I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. “Great little find while I was walking around this afternoon. The onigiri was great, and the okonomiyaki was something I’ve never tasted, heard of, or seen before. It was absolutely delicious and I will be coming back for more sometime! Staff were super friendly as well. I believe they said it was the only place around that you could get it, so I think it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.”
