“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. They never have a long line, and even if there is a line, they are so fast. Their customer service is always top-tier, and they have never messed up my order. If you’re looking for somewhere to sit down, this isn’t your location, but if you’re in a hurry and just plan on going through the drive-through, this is the best location to go to.

Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich, egg white bites, almond milk and oat milk are all great options for vegetarians/vegans!“

“Curbside and in-store pickups don't exist, despite what the mobile app says. Today I waited almost an hour for them to bring my order out before I gave up and left. Horrible service. Now I have to contact corporate to get a refund.“

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. “I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there.

I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)“
