Absolutely freaking LOVE this store. Best Starbucks I've ever been in! The baristas know I'm deaf, and ALWAYS go out of their way to help with my order, even when they're super busy, and to sign "thank you" to me.
Always a pleasure coming here on my way to work every morning! The world can be unkind to deaf people, and their kindness is very much recognized and appreciated!

Starbucks Coffee Company at the Willoughby Commons location is amazing. The service is quick and the staff is polite. The shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam is the best. The Venti Caramel Machiatto is great. The store is super busy but very clean, and the manager runs a tight ship. Workers are very nice and patient, even with a big order for a work place. The manager jumped in to help with all smiles. The staff personalized a drink that was no longer available, and it was awesome and only about $1.50 more. The vibe and atmosphere are very much loved. Everybody was polite, and the drink and food came out quick. The wait was quick and the order was accurate. Everything was great. Customers will be back.
