Employees nowadays could care less about their job. I ordered a strawberry acai made with WATER, not lemonade, but the barista was too busy talking to her friend and made it with lemonade. My mom ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch made with almond milk, and yet AGAIN, the barista messed up and made it with whole milk. my boyfriend and I came to Starbucks at 7:15pm and were denied service from the worker. The man in front of us had the same issue. The worker said it was because they close at 8 she has to start closing stuff down earlier. I’ve been to that Starbucks at 7:45pm and still gotten a drink so I don’t know what the issue was. She also said her hands were dirty so she couldn’t serve anyone. It was just a bad experience
Great place! I love to order on the app in advance and run right in to grab my order without standing in line. The food and staff are great.
