The WORST Starbucks drive through ever!They need to just close the drive through if they can't handle it. I just waited over half an hour in line for an iced coffee that was warm by the time I got it because it sat so long. This is at least the fifth time I've had such a terrible experience at this store. I was actually able to turn my entire car off for ten minutes because we did not move an inch for that long. The Starbucks location near Cleveland on Chagrin road is a clean store with plenty of seating. Staff are very friendly, awesome and hardworking. Service can be fast and super friendly, but during busy times orders can take a long time and staff get orders wrong. Drive thru orders are slammed so skip the line to get faster service. The place is a fantastic place to grab a drink or a bite and to work. Staff consistently are amazing, but hiring more people. The location is consistently good and great for a week straight.
