genuinely best Starbucks I’ve been to and I’ve been to a LOT. Idk what recipes they use here but it must come STRAIGHT from corporate because the ratios are always exactly perfect. I’ll drive a extra 15 minutes if it means getting my drink from here instead of some rando flop starbucks
Wait times for your drink are usually over 20 minutes later than your pickup time if you place a to go order off the app. Shop is always very loud and crowded cause they cannot keep up with demand.
Went in the drive through and the service was exceptional. Frappuccino was amazing and despite being busy, the woman who tended to my order, whose name I believe was Heaven, was very quick and my drink, as well as food was given to me in no time.

The Starbucks location near Cleveland on Chagrin road is a clean store with plenty of seating. Staff are very friendly, awesome and hardworking. Service can be fast and super friendly, but during busy times orders can take a long time and staff get orders wrong. Drive thru orders are slammed so skip the line to get faster service. The place is a fantastic place to grab a drink or a bite and to work. Staff consistently are amazing, but hiring more people. The location is consistently good and great for a week straight.
