Corporate needs to audit this location and employees. Drive thru takes about 15 minutes a car. They do not greet you over the intercom, you as the customer have to initiate the order. Pull up to the window, no greeting, just moving around at a slow pace, dreads hanging over the food. Manager has AirPods in his ear..
Consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to - listen to the other reviewers. Wildly slow, poor service.
Inside of restaurant consistently closed, the drive thru order taker asked me to hold while he answered his phone… would not order here

Wendy's is a place with energetic and kind staff who provide excellent service. The atmosphere may not be the best, with slow service and a mediocre toilet, but the food makes up for it. The 4 for 4 meal is worth trying, and the fries are hot and fresh, though sometimes they are cold. The #7 sandwich might not be everyone's favorite due to the sauce, but the sandwiches were good. The honey butter chicken biscuit can be disappointing and dry, needing more honey butter. Service can be slow and terrible, and the drive thru was rude, though the person at the window was kind.
