“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “Arthur Treacher's Fish has been in business for years, but these days they're hard to find. I come for the crispy fish, so I usually order fish only, no sides. My condiments are malt vinegar (a must!) and tartar sauce. There's no indoor seating but since I don't like to eat my fish cold I generally eat it on the parking lot in my car. Good food. Clean surroundings. Friendly staff.“

Nothing was wrong with my order and the staff is nice the only thing I would say is wrong with this place is that there's a sharp corner turn that's kind of hard sometimes and the parking lot is a bit bumpy but besides that that's basically it. I only been here a handful of times but every time that I do go here it's amazing. I especially love the parking lot. Never had a rough time at Arby's.“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“Haven’t been here in a long time. The taste of the food has improved dramatically. The general tso was fantastic with a good flavor. The chicken fried rice was excellent but hardly any chicken in it. The Kung pao has a fantastic flavor but it is almost all just carrots. There were only three small pieces of green pepper in the whole dish, but loaded with carrots. The chicken lo mein was the only low point. Flavor was kind of bland. The other dishes all had fantastic flavors.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“
