placed a mobile order at 11:10 went to the store line is wrapped around the store. Tried to cancel app wouldnt give me the option to cancel. called store and whoever asnwered was extremely rude immediately told me there was nothing they could do before i even finished asking question told me to contact customer service. I then asked what was the customer service phone number and she told me to just google it, i asked again could they just give it to me and they told me "its a simple google search". Not only did i not get my money back Im never returning to this overpriced pretentious establishment.

Waited in line for 30 min with only 7 cars in front of me. Does it take this long to make coffee? Expressed my disappointment to the barista, absolutely no remorse. I will not come to this Starbucks location ever again. Oh, and they messed up my drinks.

I visited this store at 9:28am today and the customer service was terrible. The employees act like they don't even want to be there, they don't smile, they don't greet you at all. The line was super long and me and others stood in line for 10 minutes without them even acknowledging us. I went to the front to ask is there someone taking orders and the lady that makes the hot beverage drinks looked at me and explained how busy they are unpleasantly. I asked her could she at least tell the customers that, so we aren't standing there. People started walking out of line because they didn't like her response. The employee that was making hot food politely took our order. The women that make hot beverages shouldn't be there if this isn't the job for her. This isn't the first Starbucks I encountered like this. this place is just going downhill and not how it used to be.

This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever encountered as far as running out of things. I’ve been there in the last couple weeks and they’ve been out of matcha, olive oil for their Oleato which they advertise everywhere and cold brew. How is a coffee shop out of cold brew? Just completely inconceivable. Happens over and over again. Must have awful management. Drive thru is ridiculously slow too. We ordered our drink and then it probably took 15 minutes to get from the ordering to payment and the window and the drink still wasn’t ready! Had to wait 5 minutes at the window. Couldn’t imagine if we ordered multiple drinks. Awful experience.

Pineapple refresher loaded full of ice....and I mean almost ALL ice....3 sips of the beverage and unlike other Starbucks, there no pineapple bits in my drink. Yep I will 5 or 7 more miles to the next nearest location!
