The staff at this location were extremely kind, friendly, accommodating, and patient with our students. We have been to this location in the past with our students and they always have been awesome to work with. They work with our program staff to ensure a smooth, stress free experience for all. “I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there.

I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)“
