I have never gotten a bad, weird tasting coffee from here and I come almost every morning on the way to work. The manager and workers are really nice and the drive thru moves really fast.“

“Ariel was welcoming and gave a quick run through of the offerings and options, as I mentioned it was my first time here! I really like this cafe! My berry blossom mocha tasted good. So was my ham and cheese toastie! My friend got a burrito and she said it was good! ? It’s a cute space, with different seating options. I’d love to try the other drinks and foods. I like that for leftovers, they have aluminum foil to wrap up your food and paper bags, for sustainability.“
“Top notch all around. Friendliest staff, all their food is incredible, and their drinks are the best in the area by far. We live 15 mins away and I’m both sad and relieved we’re not closer because we would be there every day. Currently drinking a Dunkin frappe and it’s so bad it inspired me to review Couchland which isn’t even open today. I hope they never close for longer than a holiday stretch.“
“Excellent pizza and pies and subs! We haven't tried the coffees yet but are planning to very soon. We haven't ordered pizza from anywhere else but here since we tried them the first time. The dough is fantastic and the sauce is delightful. Every time I have gone the employees are helpful and happy. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.“
“The food is amazing. Been there 2x now and both times OUTSTANDING. The spanakopita is hands down the BEST I've ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and the quality ? Both of us today commented on the quality ingredients. The feta cheese is crumbly but not dry at all, flavorful not salty, creamy but not gooey. The scones are delicious not average. Great flavor and the texture is extra fine. I can't find a flaw in anything I've had there. Truly a destination for lunch.“
“I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“
“An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.“

It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

“This is a nice spot to go grab a cup of joe and they have a nice selection of desserts too. I like the jumbo chocolate chip cookies and the brownies they offer. “An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.“
“Drive thru was packed, I went inside. Was the only person. Barista was amazing and gave me the best frappé I'd ever had, seriously. Everything was great aside from the fruit flies in the bakery case. Apparently that's in 100% Starbucks, they don't serve the food that's in it.“

“This Starbucks, not the employees fault, has the worst drive through/park setup up. if you park it’s nearly impossible to back up and get out. I recommend drive through only. But aside from that, I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich and upon leaving realized I got the wrong sandwich. Right when I turned around and walked in to exchange, the drive through said “we knew as soon as you pulled away, here you go!” That was a nice greeting and great customer service. “Not many restaurants serve Eggs Benedict and this one cooks them up at very fair cost. If you want a fancy brunch with ambience, don't go here! Locals wouldn't like being forced to share. If you want home cooked breakfast with good coffee & friendly faces, Gracie's will serve that up plus more. Come to observe the daily old mens club getting together. Gracie's also close to fenced in doggy park - order to go & bring your dog!“
