“They are always so kind there and fast service. Today I got a pink drink and it didn’t look right and tasted super sour. Didn’t catch the names of the two young guys who worked there. But they gave me a new drink without a problem and was never rude or anything like that. Even had me try it before I left. Will always return.“

“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. I cannot thank Courtney enough for the awesome space and the good food!!! I would rent this space out again for any event!! Thank you Couchland!!“

“Just stopped in here for a quick espresso while visiting from Dallas (business trip). The gent who helped me was super friendly, knew his stuff regarding coffee dead pat, and made a very, very good espresso. He hooked me up with one of his fresh pressed ginger shots as well. Best damn ginger shot over ever had.“

“This location is great. My family came when the owner was there on our first visit. He was helpful and very pleasant i order 5 drinks that day which he made perfectly. “I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful she’s usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .“

“Love it here! They have a huge variety of beverages, coffee and not. And all their drinks can be made hot, iced or frozen! My favorite is a hot mocha mocha. Or for something cold and refreshing I love their lemonade with strawberry boba and added zip for energy! Very friendly staff 😊“

“I love this 7 brew so much! Every time I go it’s a vibe. They always have a great playlist playing while you place your order. The workers are so nice and welcoming and they give great suggestions on what drinks to try especially if it’s your first time like it was mine. Jasmine the lovely lady with the vibrant pink hair, is always a pleasure to see. She makes the best drink combos! She made me a specialty drink which was an iced chai latte with caramel syrup and whipped cream. That was the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life! “I recently dropped in here at the Starbucks off Vine St.
It's a new building. The staff that was working were so sweet & welcoming.
They offered a few suggestions on the menu, told me about the holiday sale on their holiday tumblers & holiday items.
As I was waiting on my latte. I looked around the place. It's quiet, relaxed & conducive to focus on studying &/or work. Just about every spot has an outlet for charging your phone, tablet or laptop.“

“The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“

“With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“

“First time here today and I ordered a tan line latte iced and a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese on asiago) The coffee was pretty good and was very flavorful. “How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! I love small cozy diners, and this fits the bill. Food was great. I got the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her meal also. Looking forward to going back!“

“I typically go to the one in Willoughby. In pine ridge estates. But I will say over the last couple of years unfortunately their service provides good but the quality of the coffee has just degraded. I've complained about it multiple times but eventually it rang on numb ears. Now I found a new location which I don't mind taking the extra minutes because the quality is still there. Hopefully pine ridge estates will hear my calls and improve on the quality of the coffee I do love the location but the coffee just tastes like bitter dirt water every time I go there. Unfortunately even with remakes it's either something in the water“
