“They are always so kind there and fast service. Today I got a pink drink and it didn’t look right and tasted super sour. Didn’t catch the names of the two young guys who worked there. But they gave me a new drink without a problem and was never rude or anything like that. Even had me try it before I left. Will always return.“

“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

“Today I reserved their front room for my husbands "Celebration of Life". I had asked Courtney about reserving the room and catering with pastries and sandwiches. I wanted a small and quaint space for the event. Courtney and all of her employees were AWESOME!! They were so helpful and caring, it made the event go so well. I cannot thank Courtney enough for the awesome space and the good food!!! I would rent this space out again for any event!! Thank you Couchland!!“

“I love Arabica coffeehouse. It’s a really friendly environment in historic downtown Willoughby. The owners Tim and Tina Are both very nice and welcoming and their staff is friendly. I love the huge selection of teas that they have to choose from. This is where I go when I just don’t want to be home by myself. Love to come here read or work a little and people watch. There is always someone friendly to talk to. I’ve made lots of friends here over the years.“

“I visited in the morning to get a green tea and Alexa was the loveliest! She was very happy to explain the ordering system and answer any questions i had. The decorations are very simple but very cute. The bathrooms are nice, clean, and smell good! Will definitely be coming more often :)“

But the food and service were excellent. Everyone was friendly and we felt right at home. The pancakes were incredible. Corned beef hash was good, not great. Servings are larges and prices are phenomenal. Would definitely eat here again.“

I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. “The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“

“With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews on places but i just wanted to show today’s team some grace and recognition! I visited this store 6/9 from morning to afternoon and studied here today, while sitting in the store I witnessed the team be so kind and welcoming. I seen at blonde man working and being so apologetic and accommodating when there was a rush and stuff took a little longer and they didn’t seem to have good staffing they stuff all stayed so positive and kind. I eventually went outside to study and a staff named Brittney came out and offered me a water to stay hydrated because she noticed me studying for so long and helps me move the table to a good shaded spot. I just wanna say thank you for the experience and keep up the great work !!“

“As an individual who drives all over the place and goes to many dunkins, this is by far the exception! They go above and beyond. They smile. They remember my name and they have fresh donuts all the time. If I have a dog in the car they grab donut holes and bring them right over without asking. Hands down. I wish other locations could be more like this one“

Get your lazy azz out of bed and show up before it gets busy. Make your own donuts & fancy coffee if you don’t like the prices. Personally, I feel sorry for these folks getting in there before sunrise, on a weekend, to make these treats. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere.
