Ok here me out, but my husband just ordered a dinner box and the fries literally had sugar on them. I’m not insane, every single fly in that box tasted like sugar was used, not the salty fries I usually look forward to.
They’ve been forgetting our sauces and messing up our orders lately...
But these fries really take the cake if mistakes
Rude employees, cold food, messed up orders. This used to be the best McD's around but not anymore.

McDonald's, located in Mentor on the lake, offers quick and polite service through its drive-thru. The food is nice and hot, but some dishes, such as burgers, may need improvement. The employees can be entitled and spoiled. Parking is mediocre. Online ordering for curbside pick-up is available, but may require some waiting and potential remake of orders.
