“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

We are not from Ohio, passing through on our way back to Buffalo, NY. The food was superb! So fresh!!! We ordered fried pickles - they were super fresh with shaved scallions on top and a homemade sourcream fresh dipping sauce. So good! My husband had a perfectly cooked pickle burger and hand cut fries, I had the Ruben and fries. Both were delicious! Homemade Russian dressing on the Ruben.
The service was really friendly, fast but not too fast, happy! Just like the atmosphere.
We would frequent this place if we lived near by!“

“I came in for the first time the other day and grabbed some freezer meals. I'm on day 3 of having them for lunch and I am obsessed! I've had the Chili Bean Chicken Pasta, Tuscan Alfredo Lasagna and Chicken Tender Parm so far. Perfect portions, tasty and fitting in with my macros. I will definitely be back for more! ❤“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“The food here is generally good & served hot & fresh but the best thing about this DQ location is their fast & efficient service especially as it pertains to moving customers very quickly through the drive-thru window. “My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“I was served the wrong things and missing things and a very kind person named mahogany made my entire order over even though I was only missing a couple things . As someone who works in the food industry and has dealt with this it's super reassuring and nice to see someone else who cares about your dining experience. 10/10 for her what a nice person especially when it was someone else's fault she went above and beyond !“
