Ordered online for curbside pick up. Entered the number of the space I was in and waiting. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside to find out where my order was. Was told it went out already. So they remade the order, and after 25 minutes, I had my food.

(Just please watch ur self and keep ur doors and windows locked)

Worse McDonald's I have ever been to. I used the drive-thru and they directed me to a parking space in their parking lot. Not only did it take 15 minutes for them to bring me my food, the bag containing the food was wide open at the top - not folded twice like it's supposed to be - and the fries were already getting cold. This is pathetic. Ray Kroc must be spinning his grave. What happened to 30 seconds from grill to customer?????

The manager is not very customer service oriented. The bigger gal with blonde hair. The other managers are amazing. She would not compensate for the specialty coffee machine being down. All I asked for was a small coffee. She was very rude about it.
I went in when it was slow, it still took almost 10 minutes to get a meal. ( Not meeting clock time at all). They have a poor laid out parking lot and drive thru design. Making wait time and traffic getting in and out a hassle. The fries I got where fresh but you can tell they have not changed the oils out for awhile. And now they don't even put prices on the menu because of the cost of the products. It always a hot and miss at this location for good food and service.

The general manager here is honestly one of the worst managers I’ve ever spoken to. Im a manager and I can’t believe I was spoken to that way. I called to let them know my sandwich was raw and she proceeded to tell me she needed me to come back and bring it back to prove it. No apologies were given to me at all. I told her I could send her a picture but then I was hung up on. So I guess I’ll post my picture here!
