Jimmy John's in Mentor is a top-notch fast-food spot with fantastic service. The location is clean, and the workers are very friendly. The store opened early to accommodate a customer, showing excellent customer service. The #9 sub is highly recommended, with quick service to get sandwiches out. The new owners have made a positive change, making the overall experience phenomenal. This Jimmy John's is a must-visit for a great sub and excellent service.
