I wrote a negative review last week, maybe not on this site, but felt compelled to share another dismal experience at the 7373 Mentor Ave location. I canceled my sip club, but still can use it until Dec. 25, so I decided to grab a hot tea at the drive-through. Once again, at least my 3rd or 4th same experience at the drive-through, I was told the wait was going to 20 minutes because the one car ahead of me was waiting for their food order. Yesterday the Fuji apple salad was good, but had to wait almost an hour to get it. All orders were put into togo bags in plastic containers. People were jammed into the small area in back waiting for their food. Very unhealthy in this highly contagious time with Delta virus. All in all we were there an hour a half for what usually takes 30 to 40 minutes.
Set at the window for over ten minutes.After my order was taken, I don't know how no one knew...I was there:/
Another time came to the window with a mobile order. The guy at the window just stared at us and then tried to get us to pay for the person behind us. Weirdest interaction ever, just this blank Stare with tissue in his nose, Gross.
