Not really knowing much about how this smoothie place works or what's good, the lovely lady working there this morning (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful even gave me a sample. I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.“

“First time impression. Delicious wrap and soup. Customer service could have been better. Stood at the end of the counter where a woman was making smoothies and expected a hello or can I help you? She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.“

“I love this place. The food is amazing I droll because of the smell. My favorite food is the 3 cheese quesadilla. The smoothies are awesome as well, I love the bhamma mama that’s my favorite smoothie. The açaí bowl with Nutella is to die for. The staff is amazing and welcoming, everything is clean. This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch.“

“My friends, mom, and myself all decided to go to smoothie king tonight(1/07/2026) I tried to place a mobile order but I think the mobile orders shut off by the time I tried to do it. We went in to order about 15 minutes before close. The girl working there tonight was very nice about everything, even with us ordering 4 items so late. She made them super quick and with a kind attitude. I normally would have just went back another time since it was so late but my friends have never tried smoothie king and that was our plan for tonight. So thank you so much to the girl working for the positive attitude, I know what it can be like to have people ordering right before you close. She handled it very well and seems like an amazing employee to have on your team!“

my only complaint is the employee Alexa. She greets you but her vibe is kind of rude. I usually get my points but she rung me up and I asked “will I get my points for this order ?” she said “no” and walked away (spent $9 so, yea i wanted those points)

“Love it here! They have a huge variety of beverages, coffee and not. And all their drinks can be made hot, iced or frozen! My favorite is a hot mocha mocha. Or for something cold and refreshing I love their lemonade with strawberry boba and added zip for energy! Very friendly staff 😊“

“This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“
