“My first visit was a resounding success! I ordered the fish sandwich and fries along with an order of soul rolls. The fish was delicious and I was really full from it, but I had to bite into one of the soul rolls. Before I knew it, I had ate half of it and I knew I was full already. We went in to order about 15 minutes before close. The girl working there tonight was very nice about everything, even with us ordering 4 items so late. She made them super quick and with a kind attitude. I normally would have just went back another time since it was so late but my friends have never tried smoothie king and that was our plan for tonight. Not really knowing much about how this smoothie place works or what's good, the lovely lady working there this morning (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful even gave me a sample. I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.“

“I hired Woop bubble tea for a private event and the whole experience was just fantastic from beginning to end. We went for a tasting to select our options, and Anahita was just the most lovely and professional to work with. She designed some special branded stickers to use with our event, and even a branded sign, and cards for guests to fill out their selections — all of the touches were above and beyond!! And the boba drinks themselves really were such a treat for our guests— the boost really helped power them through and energized them until the end of the evening! I would book them again a million times over for any event that lends itself to boba tea!!“
