The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was here today and there was a wait time, but it’s ok. It’s Covid and EVERYWHERE is short staffed. The staff were nice, my smoothie was good, and all is well. May I recommend that you turn the music down, just a little. It’s hard to hear when your order is called. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
Please train on customer service!!! Ibwalk in and literally all of them looked at me then continued doing what they were tasked to do. I felt like I walked into the wrong place.....a simple acknowledgement of presence and we'll get right to you.

Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar is a lively place that offers a fun and inviting atmosphere. With a great selection of music, including R&B, and friendly staff, customers often feel welcomed and entertained. The smoothies, like the "Pulp Passion," are popular and enjoyed by many for their tasty flavor. The bar is also known for its clean and spacious environment, making it a comfortable spot for visitors. The location rarely has long lines, and the staff generally provides professional and prompt service, ensuring orders are correct and customers feel valued. However, some dishes, such as the Dragonfruit Bowl, can be inconsistent in quality and may have flavors that are not to everyone's liking. Despite occasional delays, customers appreciate the friendly service and the overall positive experience, making it a place they are eager to return to.
