“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. “I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there.

I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)“

“My friends, mom, and myself all decided to go to smoothie king tonight(1/07/2026) I tried to place a mobile order but I think the mobile orders shut off by the time I tried to do it. We went in to order about 15 minutes before close. The girl working there tonight was very nice about everything, even with us ordering 4 items so late. She made them super quick and with a kind attitude. I normally would have just went back another time since it was so late but my friends have never tried smoothie king and that was our plan for tonight. So thank you so much to the girl working for the positive attitude, I know what it can be like to have people ordering right before you close. She handled it very well and seems like an amazing employee to have on your team!“

Kelly and Dennis were warming and welcoming from the time I stepped in.
They were engaged, joyful, respectful and quick!
Service was top tier, product was top tier. Sunshine with peanut butter and a Buffalo Chicken wrap.

my only complaint is the employee Alexa. She greets you but her vibe is kind of rude. I usually get my points but she rung me up and I asked “will I get my points for this order ?” she said “no” and walked away (spent $9 so, yea i wanted those points)

He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. “I hired Woop bubble tea for a private event and the whole experience was just fantastic from beginning to end. We went for a tasting to select our options, and Anahita was just the most lovely and professional to work with. She designed some special branded stickers to use with our event, and even a branded sign, and cards for guests to fill out their selections — all of the touches were above and beyond!! And the boba drinks themselves really were such a treat for our guests— the boost really helped power them through and energized them until the end of the evening! I would book them again a million times over for any event that lends itself to boba tea!!“
