I remember when Heights Nutrition opened, took me a hot minute to go in but man I'm glad I did. There is quite the menu variety and there's even seasonal menus that are offered. My go to item on the menu is the small tea/shake combo for $9. There's also a "mega" tea (the small tea I'd say is about 1/4 the size of the mega) that has different special flavors. walked in & waited a couple minutes to order, but as soon as i said i wanted the lemon berry punch mega tea, i was handed one immediately ! wonder if it was a pick up order that might've been already made. Tea was super yummy.

I like the shakes they make here! They have more accommodating hours than a lot of the nutrition shops around North East Ohio, which I like. I also tried their mega tea, which was very energizing, but a little sweet for me. I had a seasonal flavor, and it looked so cool!
