The dogs & sandwiches are delicious. PLEASE fix the fries… they are trash. When this location first opened they had golden crispy fries. At some point they schanged that to brown soggy fries. I don’t know how they could serve these with any sense of pride.
Had a chili cheese dog and an American dog with fresh cut fries and a Starry. Everything was really good. Service was friendly and efficient. It's in the Great Lakes Mall Food Court so the atmosphere is nice with plenty of places to sit. 3 different times I've come and they've been closed early. The hours are unreliable.
I visited Hot Dog Factory for the first time today. My initial experience was a very positive one. There are a lot of Hot Dog types on offer from the Detroit Coney, to the Burnt Ends Brisket Dog, to the Carolina Slaw Dog. There was even a vegetarian Dog option. I ordered the Taco Dog, which features chili, cheese, tomato, guacamole, and chips. I particularly enjoyed my experience and look forward to sampling more of the menu.
