“I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! The flavor we disliked recently was the root beer cookie and it's expensive to not like it but I go for my kids. They enjoy the experience.“

“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“This ice cream place is about a mile or so. They have generous portions of ice cream and soft custard. It's a small business, which I love to support over evil mega corporations if possible. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get and the ice cream is good. Nothing fancy, just good treats done well. They do a lot for the local community. If you're in the area, support them instead of larger ice milk places. You can have a sweet treat and feel good about where your money is going.“

“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“

“I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was three and it's been a staple in Mentor on the lake and I just have to say they have been fantastic and the manager just did the kindest thing and I'm not going to explain why but she was awesome and I want everybody to know that they need to go there they're Putt-Putt courses awesome their ice cream is awesome their hot dogs and their pretzel sticks are awesome and the manager is so sweet you guys all need to go there and support this local establishment!“

“We thought we would try this DQ again because last time was not so good. Now that it has been taken over by a new owner we tried again. We did the drive thru and placed our order. One regular double with all that it comes with and one bacon double burger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup only. One large fry and a regular onion ring order. When we got to the window and paid we were told to pull ahead, it would be a little time. 10 minutes later we were headed home. Besides having to warm everything, the bacon double had lettuce, tomato, ketchup AND pickles, mayo,and onion! The regular double was made properly. So why the 10 minute wait for two regular menu item burgers we wondered? The fries seemed like they could have been cooked a little more but the onion rings were crunchy and very generous. After removing the unwanted additions from the bacon burger it was very tasty. The regular double was also tasty. We may try them again in the future because they were certainly better than our last visit with other owner but they need to get the order right and not take 10 minutes to get it wrong.“
