I've been going to Mitchell’s for years because I love the flavor of their ice creams. This is the first time I've had such an expansive experience. Adina suggested other flavors that are similar to the one I was leaning towards and her explanation was on point. I ended up trying something completely new and customized. She gave excellent service— I was thoroughly impressed by this young lady.“

“I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. “My brother introduced me to this place. He had brought me in on my birthday weekend (8/9). He showed me the menu prior to coming and so I had an idea of what I wanted to order. When we arrived, I had the honor of meeting the owner of the business, Razzi. Such a really cool, chill dude.
Since he wasn't busy at the time, he took the time to show us all the things his business had to offer. He told us where he gets his ice-cream, the ingredients for his waffles, etc. To learn the history of each item was very insightful.

Service: Razzi was very knowledgeable about his food and the things he serves. He was super cool and I love that he is a small minority business owner. He will be seeing me again soon.

Food: I ordered the Cinnaroll waffle with Nutella spread and a scoop of vanilla brown sugar ice-cream. I also got this Matcha Lemonade. Talk about the best waffle I've ever had. It was light, fluffy, with a nice crisp bite to it. Because of it being made by scratch, all the flavors were very well balanced and nothing overwhelmed. I highly recommend ordering the large waffle. The iced Matcha Lemonade (the green drink) was also good. A very healthy drink.

Atmosphere: Calming laid-back vibe. Place to chill and have great food.“

“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . “It’s not fancy, but it is great. A staple in the neighborhood for my entire life. The ice cream is a fair price and the experience is not to be missed.“

“Froyo is so delicious! They don't just have frozen yogurt, they have gelato, icecream, sherbert, and sorbet too! They have Pistachio, Cake Batter, Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Cotton Candy, Vanilla, and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt. They also have a coffee gelato that tastes just like your favorite strong coffee. They also have pineapple dole whip, orange sherbert, lime dole whip (these are like sorbet, very fruity and tart) and raspberry pomegranate sorbet. Don't forget to ask for samples, don't miss out on the awesome flavors!

There's other flavors but I don't remember what they are. I think they may have different flavors rhat come and go seasonally but I'm not sure. OH and you can also swirl flavors that are next to each other together. Like, you can swirl the Pistachio and cake batter. You can also swirl the chocolate and vanilla together too.

They have dividers if you want multiple flavors but don't want them to touch. But make sure you grab the eight sized cup, I messed up on that. The black one with polka dots is larger than the pink one with dots, oops!

The selection of toppings is also wonderful. They have different fresh fruits, sprinkles, waffle cone pieces, syrups, whipped cream, popping boba pearls, cheesecake, cookie dough, gummies, cupcake balls, etc!

The store is also kept extremely clean and it smells just like an icecream shop would. We had the opportunity to sit down in the dining area while we ate and I watched one of the staff members immediately clean up after customers. Wonderful experience, definitely my favorite dessert spot.

And their spoons are color changing, I thought that was pretty cool lol.“

“This ice cream place is about a mile or so. They have generous portions of ice cream and soft custard. It's a small business, which I love to support over evil mega corporations if possible. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ice cream you get and the ice cream is good. Nothing fancy, just good treats done well. They do a lot for the local community. If you're in the area, support them instead of larger ice milk places. You can have a sweet treat and feel good about where your money is going.“

“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“
