I feel for the employees for having to deal with so many damn people. I know they be so tired. Retail in general is annoying especially if there are any rude or annoying customers. “Got chili dogs and fries. The dogs were good, except for the fact they use white onion, which is much hotter and has a different taste than Spanish of red onion. If I would have known, I would have tried different toppings. The fries were good but nothing special. I would go back because the staff were really nice.“

I have gotten the same things after all these years, which is vanilla soft serve in a cone with a crunch coat. I have not been able to find it anywhere else. No photos for reference as it is always devoured before a picture can be taken.“

“The best Graeter’s location ever! As a huge fan of Graeter’s, I go to different locations. But this location offers the best value. One scoop is bigger than 6.25 oz (standard). Very friendly staff, and short wait. Easy to find parking. Black raspberry chip is the flavor! It goes really well with the cone:)“

Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“
