Based on the reviews, Crumbl offers very good service with a team that is always sweet, welcoming, and cheery. The store is always clean and orders are made fast. The flavors change every week, which customers love. Some prefer the minis to the regular size because the regular cookies are not cooked all the way in the middle. The cookies look great and are delicious. However, the restaurant is a little on the expensive side. There have been issues with online ordering; one customer ordered the biscoff Dubai brownie online but was told it was not available, did not get a refund, and was very disappointed. Another customer ordered the smores but was told they did not have any more, and after a 20-minute wait, found that someone else had taken the order. The employee was very nice and made a new order. A suggestion for management is to check customers' phones to verify orders. Labor Day was very busy and packed, and the two employees who worked that day deserve a bonus or a raise.
