“I visited The Sweet Spot after seeing their Croffles online and just had to try them! I ordered the strawberry croffle along with the twisted ice cream (matcha & ube), and both were delicious! The croffle had the perfect balance of chewy and sweet, and the ice cream flavors paired really well together.

I was a little bummed that even though the menu listed several croffle topping options, only strawberry and chocolate/almond were actually available. Hopefully they expand the selection soon, because I’d love to try more next time!

The shop itself is super cute, but it was pretty warm inside—it felt like the AC wasn’t running, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the treats.

Overall, the food was great and I’d still recommend checking it out if you’re in the area and want something sweet and unique!“

“I love the salted caramel cookies. But I’m leaving this rating because I’m visiting here and wanted cookies and milk delivered and the first delivery driver delivered the milk and stole my cookies. I called and they sent me more plus extra. They were very nice. Thank you to the workers for fulfilling my cookie craving. To the 1st driver…you suck“

“Always very good service! Cookies always look great! Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

“Great cookies with unique flavors. Always love the ones with the pat of butter on top! These are the type of cookies you bring to a party and you buy their little cookie cutter and it cuts them in like six pieces I think. Then everyone gets to try a little wedge of all the different flavors and it's fantastic and fun!“

“Love, Love, Love Carlitta and this amazing little cafe. She is awesome at what she does and offers such a good variety. I always love seeing her when I go in. She always goes the extra mile for her customers and is a local favorite. Her pho is better than any Asian restaurant in town, with the best ingredients and flavor. We love ordering the bone broth to take home. Also be sure to try the Bison meatballs, coffees and desserts... not to mention the variety of goods she sells in the shop. This is a very unique and wonderful spot. You won't be sorry when you visit.“

“I just tried this place today after noticing it in the Independence Shopping plaza and one of my staff mentioned they had tried it in the Carolinas and it was great. I called first and the manager Harry answered the phone. Very Professional and great customer service. I told him since this is my first time, I just wanted to stop in and get some Churros. He explained how they are made and was a little surprised that was all I wanted without any toppings. But, I let him know since I was in a hurry and this was my first time wanting to try something, this would be best. When I got there, he immediately greeted me and then stated he recognized my voice and told me my Churros are ready and are exactly how I asked. A new customer walked in the door and I asked him if he had tried the Peach Cobbler place before. He said him and his wife are crazy over the Banana Pudding Dish. I cannot wait to go back here and get more. The churros were excellent! More importantly, Harry was someone who was so pleasant and went above and beyond from my first phone call to the moment I walked out the door. As a local business owner myself, it was so nice entering an establishment that is clean, efficient, has a great product and who exemplifies how every company should perform! He even referred to me by name each time!
Thank You Harry! I am going to make this a regular place to get dessert!!!
